Dentaş was established under the name of Dentas Wood Products and Comestible Industry and Trade, Inc.

Participation as a major shareholder in Dentaş Corrugated Cardboard Industry, Inc. which is a joint stock company.

Commencement of corrugated cardboard and cardboard boxes production in Dentaş Corrugated Cardboard Industry, Inc. with an annual capacity of 30,000 tons.

Commencement of molded fiber production.

Acquisition of “ISO-9001 Quality Assurance System.

1998
Opening of tissue papers factory. (toilet paper, paper towel and paper napkin were produced in this market under the brand names Yumy, Temis and Tiril.)

Separation of the company into two parts as Dentaş Packaging and Paper Industry, Inc. and Dentaş Paper Industry, Inc.

Establishment of Dentaş Romania SRL as 100% owned by Dentas Paper Industry, Inc.

Tissue paper facilities has been sold to Italian Sofidel Paper Industry, Inc.
The parcel of land was purchased for the factory to be built for the production of molded fiber for eggs by SC Dentaş Romania SRL and the necessary documents were submitted for the zoning permit application.

2005
Close down of the Dentaş Kağıt egg tray facility in Çorum and movement of the capacity to Dentaş Kağıt facility in Denizli. Construction of the SC Dentaş Romania SRL factory began once the construction permit was received.

2006
Production started in Romania. Dentas Paper Industry Inc. acquired triple certification (ISO 9001/ISO 14001/OHSAS 18001).
Investment on Industrial Pulp Production Machinery.
Dentas design group is organised.

Dentas became the member of EMFA.
The company became the market leader in Romania (with the collaboration of SC Dentaş Romania SRL).

Dentas Paper moved it’s new production plant

2009
New investment in Romania. Production capacity increased by 70%

2010
SC Dentaş Romania SRL received ISEGA compatibility certificate.
Dentaş Paper awarded with 2 World Star rewards by WPO. Dentaş awarded products were the only winner in molded fiber industry.
Further investment in Romania. Closed area and eggcarton capacity are doubled.

Dentas became the member of IMFA.

Renewal of the ISO 9001-2008 Quality Management System, ISO 14001-2009 Environmental Management System and OHSAS 18001-2007 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certificates that comprise the Integrated Management System of Dentaş Kağıt Sanayi A.Ş.

SC Dentaş Romania SRL received the ISO-9001 Quality Assurance System and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System certificates.
